Career/Grad School Fairs

All Oglethorpe University students are encouraged to participate in the Career and Internship Fairs and the Graduate School Fair. There is no substitute for talking to recruiters and school representatives and learning about the work their companies do, and what they look for in prospective new hires and applicants. Make sure to keep up-to-date with job and internship postings on Handshake! To meet with a career coach, you can attend drop-in times during the Fall or schedule an appointment on Handshake today!

On-Campus Career Fair

Every semester the A_LAB hosts an on-campus career and internship fair to give students and alumni the opportunity to connect with recruiters from Atlanta-area companies. Employers from large and small corporations as well as nonprofit organizations attend to find new talent for part time and full time positions, as well as internships. Don’t forget to bring your resume and professional dress to come network with some of Atlanta’s top employers!

The Fall 2018 Career & Internship Fair will be held on Thursday September 27th, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. in the Turner Lynch Campus Center.

Georgia Careers Consortium

Every Fall, Oglethorpe participates in the Georgia Career Consortium (GCC) Career Fair at the Cobb Galleria. This fair is open only to students of a consortium of small schools, and features dozens of employers from a range of industries.

Georgia Association of College and Employers

Every Spring, Oglethorpe participates in the Georgia Association of College and Employers (GACE) Career Fair at the Cobb Galleria. All students from Oglethorpe University are encouraged to attend. Students who attend will have the opportunity to network with over 160 employers and graduate schools!
